Commercial mortgages are always a great opportunity to help all brokers extend the number of customer journeys open to their businesses and increase income streams! As with the make-up of the residential mortgage market, the commercial mortgage space splits into: those lenders that will deal with prime business; those that will deal with, for example, higher LTV’s and offer wider reaching lending criteria and affordability testing; to those lenders which will underwrite, on the face of it, desperate cases where the client’s circumstances involve CCJ’s, defaults, payment arrears and other credit issues. We have one lender which quite openly offers Non-Status lending.. We operate a panel of commercial mortgage providers which we re-assess continually to ensure we have as many customer situations covered as possible, and to find the most competitive terms available from the market as a whole. Please note, we can arrange funding for private individuals, partnerships, limited liability partnerships, limited companies, and trustees.
We are flexible on whether we provide a packaging service in situations, where you the broker, are providing the advice or, we receive a name and number and deal directly with the customer providing them with advice ourselves.

Our service involves providing a free consultation service to all clients, whereby we will assess market appetite for the deal, and where possible, provide indicative Heads of Terms or an illustration. Where the client wishes to proceed, and you as the broker are providing advice, we will charge a £495 packaging fee to the client. Alternatively, where we will deal directly with the customer, we will charge a Client Fee of 1% of the gross facility amount, of which £295 is paid as an Engagement Fee after indicative terms have been produced, and the customer wishes to proceed to full application. You will receive 50% of the net client fee (reduced by £295) and 50% of all commission once it has been paid to us by the lender.
